The whole reason I endured a three-day land and sea trip to Dipolog City was to attend Zamboanga del Norte’s 8th Hudyaka Festival. Together with five other travelers, we documented the colorful festivities of the day; the furious street dancers, the crowded town fair, the awesome fireworks and of course, the fantastic local dishes.
