Holland Cheese from Volendam

We finally got inside a cheese factory, our beautiful Dutch guide explained to us the ins and outs of making cheese. We also had our fill of different kind of cheeses. My fave is their Holland Cheese with Herbs, yummy! We simply were unable to resist and bought bagfuls after the tour. :P

    Di ba the Europeans love cheeses, I think it is part of their every meal. So how does the Dutch cheese taste?
