ON THE ROAD | Lechon de Cebu

I touched ground at Mactan, Cebu at six in the morning. I haven’t slept since the previous day and my last meal was the midnight before. I threw my megaton backpack inside a yellow cab and proceeded to Zubuchon.

The first thing one should do while in Cebu is eat a crispy lechon baboy; all else is secondary.

    zubuchon!!! super love their lechon. yan talaga ang kaunaunahan kong nilagay sa IT nung pinaplano ko yung Cebu trip ko last august!

    but that is not traditional cebu lechon but a creation of market manila. zubuchon is different from the original cebu lechon.

    This is one of the many things that I missed during my Cebu trip! I wasn't able to try lechon cebu! FML.

    The photo above was for the deliveries of the day, breakfast pa kasi nung dumating ako kaya di pa available mga lechon. What I tried is their Pritchon which I found to be average. :P

    I know Estan, and a lot of Cebuanos are giving me flak about it haha, but Zubuchon is in Cebu so... :)

    I suggest you go to Carcar city Marj for the best lechon in Cebu :)
